Permits for new <br />single-family homes continue to be submitted. Construction continues on a number of projects, including Lennar, D.R. <br />Horton, Capstone, and Anderson Dahlen. Visit www.cityoframsey.com/developmentupdate for more details. Note — this <br />webpage has not been updated in a couple of months, and is anticipated to be refreshed by the end of the month. <br />Application and Project Status Updates <br />Woodlands 4th Addition. The City Council has approved the Preliminary Plat for Woodlands 4th Addition, consistent with <br />Planning Commission recommendations. The Final Plat is anticipated to be reviewed by the City Council in the next 1-2 <br />months in anticipation for spring construction. <br />Vistas at North Commons. The City Council has approved the Preliminary Plat for Vistas at North Commons, consistent <br />with Planning Commission recommendations. The Final Plat is anticipated to be reviewed by the City Council in the next <br />1-2 months in anticipation for spring construction. <br />Skeeter Boat Centers. The City Council has approved the request for an Interim Use Permit for a Tent/Membrane <br />Structure for Skeeter Boats, consistent with the Planning Commission recommendations. <br />Pearson Farm. The City Council reviewed the Concept Plan for Pearson Farm. No approvals were requested. This was for <br />informational purposes only. <br />Stone Brook Academy. The City Council postponed a decision on the requested Purchase Agreement and Site Selection <br />for this proposed childcare facility in The COR. The request will be sent back for a second review to the Planning <br />Commission to discuss land use, zoning, and site selection. <br />M & G Trailers. The City Council approved the request for an Interim Use Permit for gravel parking lot expansion, <br />consistent with Planning Commission recommendations. <br />Sign Code Amendment for Industrial Areas.
