3 <br /> <br /> si:~-uctures ir~mcnt shelters and a~Oand all other <br /> <br /> facilities for land improvements necessary or required for <br /> tile operatJ, o,n of a sanitary landfill, (2) the right to <br /> excavate and extract gravel, soil, clay, and all other <br /> materials that may be necessary in utilizing the demised <br /> premises for a sanitary .landfill, (3) the right to place or <br /> have placed monitoring or collection wells on the premises <br /> <br /> (4) the right to in~tall utilities, such as but not limited' <br /> to electric lines, gas lines, underground storage tanks and <br /> <br />· telephone lines, (5) the right to carry out all reclamation <br /> and refuse disposal operations including, but not limited <br /> <br /> to, cover stockpiling, fill and cover placement and compaction, <br />- drainage pollution and nuisance prevention and, (6) the <br /> <br /> right to deposit within the sanitary landfill on the herein <br /> demised premises all manner and form of organi~ and inorganic <br /> solid waste materials. <br /> <br /> '5; The Lessee shall, at its own expense, cause the <br /> removal from the premises and adjacent areas of all paper <br /> and other debris resulting from the operations of the landfill. <br /> Adjacent areas shall include those roads near the demised <br /> premises over which are driven the vehicles using the <br /> landfill facilitieS. These shall include Highway TI1-47 West <br /> to its termination, County llighway 57 from U.S. ~10 to the <br /> Kano Road and the Township Road North from the Kano Road and <br /> beyond to the landfill site. <br /> <br /> 6. Lessee shall construct at its expense all access <br /> roads within the landfill. .Such access 'roads shall be built <br /> with quality' and construction at least' the equivalent of <br /> <br /> <br />
