Lessee shall keep the-premises lien-free; .however, <br />sh6uld ~ny ].lens arise, the Lessee has 30 days to clear the <br />liens and if he cannot clear the [tlen or p~o,.,~.~e ~ ~n~ <br />around the lien, then the Lessor has the right to pay the <br />lien and bill the Lessee for the' cost of such payment as <br />additional' rental due under the te~ms of this Lease. <br /> <br /> 23. Lessee shall provide a full and complete line of <br />fire and extended coverage insurance including comprehensive <br />and public liability 'insurance of at least $100,000.00. per <br />person and $300,000.00 per accident, and shall include the <br />Lessor as an additional insured upon all policies and shall <br />provide a certificate of insurance to them so stating. <br /> <br /> 24. Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless the <br />Lessor against any and all claims of whatsoever kind or <br />nature for property damage, ~ersonal injuries, pollution <br /> <br /> <br />
