g. Amend the proposed regulations as .ows: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />~inimum lot sizes and permitted land uses, to achieve <br />consistency with Critical Area requirements and <br />metropolitan policies for the rural service area. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />provide a specific standard on the rate of surface <br />runoff to be maintained as development occurs and the <br />quality of runoff to be achieved during construction, <br /> <br />modify vegetation management standards consistent with <br />the recommended policy changes in (c) above, to <br />preclude clear cutting along shorelands or within the <br />building setback area, <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />provide standards for the management of utility <br />corridor crossings giving priority to underground <br />placement and requiring the concentration of overhead <br />crossings along existing crossings and minimizing land <br />use and environmental impacts, <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />include regulations to require the provision of an <br />additional four feet of roadway on future streets on <br />undeveloped land to provide along the designated river <br />trail route. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />provide floodplain regulations consistent with <br />statewide standards for floodplain management. <br /> <br />LD600A <br /> <br /> <br />
