Ramsey agrees that if it shall adopt regulations as. to the operation of a sanitary landfill on the demised premises that are more stringent, or more costly to WMMI than those regulations enforced by .the State-of Minnesota or the ~County of Anoka, ·then WMMI shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. 'Notwithstanding.the foregoing, WMMI agrees that whenever it shall deliver docUmentation to ·the State'of Minnesota or the County of.Anoka regarding proposed changes in its current permit to °perate a sanitary landfill On'the demised premises, Lessee. shall file concurrently therewith . copies of the same documentation'with Ramsey. ~ .Furthe~, WMMI agrees.to do the following, regarding its operation of a - sanitary landfill on the demised premises: · (a) to design·and install methane venting on the westerlY perimeter-not later than'December 1, 1976; . · ' (b) to provide sequential plans, approved by · the appropriate regulatory agencies, for'2-t/2 year, 5 year and 7 year increments of completion of the current phase of the landfill operation and to furnish information regarding advancement of.stages as sequential filling measured against the 2-1/2 year, 5 year and 7 year plans on a yearly.basis commencing December 1,' 1976. In addition, to furnish-a topography- of the site .at 2~1/2 years and 5 years. Said sequential plans shall be incorporated herein and~shall be furnished to Ramsey not later than July 1, 1977. (c) to obtain state and county approval.n6t later than July 1, 1977, of a plan for final seal to be placed'on the landfill, generally moving from west east on a sequential basiS; (d) generally to place final cover, seal and seed within 120 days, weatherIpermitting, of the time an~ area of the landfill is brought to final approved elevation.
