You will please recall <br />that you expressed concerns about the ~imely submittal of <br />inpection reports and ground water monitoring reports from <br />our Environmental SerVices Division to your staff and further <br />concerns about the ponding of water on top Of.the fill in <br />two locations at the Anoka landfill. <br /> <br />According to the records in our Environmental Services <br />Department only the January' 1980 ground water monitoring <br />report was not sent to the City Engineer. On April 25,' 1980 <br />we forwarded to your City-Engineer copies of all of the <br />ground water monitoring reports which we have received since <br />April of 1980. Further, we are more than pleased to be able <br />to provide the City with reports of our inspections. To <br />insure that these reports are forwarded to the City on a <br />routine basis we have placed a report submittal deadline on <br />the Environmental Services Department 'activity calendar for <br />the first week of each month. At this time the unit clerk <br />in this Department will assemble the appropriate materials <br />and forward them to your staff by way of a standard transmittal <br />letter. <br /> <br /> <br />
