Enclosure (D2-a) copy of petition received for this <br />project. It should be noted that there are 25 units that would <br />be affected by this improvement and there are 14 signatures on the <br />petition which constitutes a 56% in favor of the improvement. <br /> <br /> b. Enclosure (D2-b) contains the following documents: <br /> 1). List of people receiving notice of public hearing <br /> 2). Affidavit of mailing of notice of public hearing <br />notice for 7:30 P.M., May 13, 1980 <br /> 3). Notice of public hearing. <br /> <br /> c. Enclosure (D2-c) contains feasibility study of the <br />above mentioned project. <br /> <br />council 'Action: Approve/disapprove project.
