Staff Comments and Recommendations regarding the <br />Findings of Fact for John Tousley <br /> <br />On the morning of May 15, 1980, we reviewed the neighborhood and the <br />subject property where an accessory building variance was requested. <br />We hereby submit the following comments and recommendations in regards <br />to the findings of fact for the Councils consideration: <br /> <br />1) In traveling the entire neighborhood we notedthat <br />this is a very nice urban neighborhood where the' resin- <br />dents take considerable pride in their property, <br /> <br />2) It was noted that accessory buildings in this area <br />are the exception rather than the rule~ <br /> <br />3) It was also noted that the applic.ant~s property is <br />extremely well kept but in our opinion the lot terrain <br />is not condusive to a structure of this size and would <br />upset the asthetics of the neighborhood, <br /> <br />In summary, based on the findings of fact and our review of the neighbor-. <br />hood, it would be our recommendation that this request be denied, <br /> <br /> <br />
