Provisions in <br />the ordinance that are nonvariable <br />should be specified. <br /> <br />Areas of the community where <br />site systems are permitted as temporary <br />and permanent facilities should be <br />delineated on a map using U.S. Soil <br />Conservation Service soil classes, in- <br />cluding high groundwater table, steep <br />slopes and underlying rock close to <br />ground surface. <br /> <br /> <br />
