TOUSLEY (5201-155TH LANE N,W.): <br /> <br />Council at the May 13, 1980 directed City Staff to prepare <br />a finding of fact on the above request made by~r. Tousley. <br />In view of the direction received from Council the following <br />is submitted: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D4-a) contains excerpt from the City Code which <br />establishes the basis for the finding of fact to approve/dis- <br />approve the above request for variance. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D4-b) contains the finding of fact regarding <br />Mr. Tousley request for a variance on accessory building. <br /> <br />c) Enclosure (D4-c) conains the staff recommendation as <br />we view in its context with enclosure (D4-a). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />of it and also the finding of fact. If you approve of Mr. <br />Tousley's request, we will have to prepare an agreement be- <br />tween the City and Mr. Tousley. <br /> <br /> <br />
