PROPOSED MOTION <br /> <br />M/ , S/ , that the Cable <br /> <br />Service Territory consisting of the corporate limits of Anoka, Champlin <br />and Ramsey as proposed by Harmon and Company of Englewood, Colorado, <br />be and hereby is approved. Such approval does not constitute a presump- <br />tion that the proposer will be the successful applicant for-a franchise <br />or franchises to serve the territory, nor are the municipalities above <br />named constrained from granting more than one franchise in order to pro- <br />vide service to substantially all parts of the territory herein described <br />and approved.
