City of Ramsey <br />15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 ,, (612) 427-1410 <br /> <br />May 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. August Grosslein <br />Grosslein Beverages <br />13544 Tungsten <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Grosslein: <br /> <br />It has been brought to the City Council's attention that you made <br />changes to the site plan agreement between the City of Ramsey and <br />yourself without first discussing this with the City. <br /> <br />Please be advised the City Council took action on this matter at their <br />special meeting of May 19, 1980 "which took care of all the carried <br />over business of the May 13, 1980 meeting" which was to direct the City <br />Staff to prepare an amendment to the site plan agreement of your new <br />facility. <br /> <br />The City Comncil was perturbed that you had gone ahead and made these <br />changes without contacting the Ciqy and that it had to be brought to <br />their attention by a resident of the area who was complaining about it. <br /> <br />Enclosure #1 of this letter contains the area the amendment will make <br />a change to.
