After applying the process to <br />several plans, we've found communities and staff prefer the following general <br />process: <br /> <br />1. Community submits plan and regualtions; <br /> <br />2. Met Council Staff completes preliminary review of plans and <br /> regulations; <br /> <br />3. Met Council Staff and community confer on identified incon- <br /> sistencies to refine list and clarify m~.sunderstandings or <br /> misinterpretations, and, if POssible, agree on any needed <br /> plan amendments. <br /> <br />4. Physical Development Committee and Met Council act on plan and · regulations and forward final review comments to EQB.- .... <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />EQB Staff and community attempt Eo work"out needed changes to <br />plan or regulations. EQB staff obtains modifications or commit- <br />ment to make changes. <br /> <br />Revised plan is submitted to EQB Technical Co~nittee for review. <br />These meetings are typically held on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. two <br />weeks prior to the Monthly EQB Meetings. These meetings are held <br />in room LL50, Metro Square Building, 7th and Robert Streets in <br />St. Paul. <br /> <br />The final plan is submitted to the EQB for apprcval or held on <br />the third Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Pollution <br />Control Agency Board Room, 1935 West County Road B-2, Roseville. <br /> <br /> <br />
