REVIEW COUNTY ROAD #116 TRAIL CONSTRUCTION <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As part of Mallard Ponds town home project, the Developer is required to construct a 8' bituminous trail <br />south along Dysprosium Street NW then easterly to the plats limits. This approximate 1,117' segment <br />will be credited against the $28,200 in trail fees due. As the attached portion of the development <br />agreement indicates, the developer is also cooperating in continuing this trail construction further to the <br />intersection of T.H. 47. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The above project may be entirely funded by Mallard Ponds trail fees.
