Lot 1 will accommodate the existing homestead on the subject <br />property for David Smith. The property is located on the east side of Armstrong Blvd., <br />south of 156~ Ave. NW <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map · <br />Sketch plan <br />City Staff review letter dated July 28, 2000 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The 2 lot minor subdivision on 20 acres is in conformance with 4 in 40 density zoning. <br />Both of the lots will have the required 200 feet of frontage on public roads. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the sketch plan. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Accept/deny the sketch plan for the David A.
