Financing and Assessments: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City of Ramsey's current street' assessment policy, the <br />proposed improvements are proposed to be financed by special assessments to the <br />benefiting property on a per unit basis. As shown on Exhibit A the 5 acre tract <br />of land lying East of Hedgehog Street and South of 153rd Avenue is proposed to <br />be assessed for two units. Also the two lots with driveways exiting on 153rd Avenue <br /> <br />in Block 2 are proposed to be assessed. <br /> <br />Due to the current bond market situation, it is difficult to project accurately <br />the annual amortized unit costs.
