Also make sure drainage <br /> is properly handled and that the road is constructed to <br /> City standards or better. <br /> <br /> The City Attorney should check out to see we don't violate <br /> any state laws. <br /> <br /> CASE #4: BURNS TOWNSHIP COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: <br /> _ 9~ ~ ~ AMayor Gamec has Burns Comprehensive Plan to review and he <br /> · I~\ ~i~ ~ ~ill probably comment on it. This enclosure will be available for <br />Council at the meeting.' <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />STREET PETITION FOR TARVIA SURFACING OF STREETS IN RIVERWOOD <br /> <br />HILLS ADDITION: <br /> <br />The following statistical information is hereby submitted on <br />this petition: In checking this petition we find there are <br />44 units in the plats total area and 22 have signed the <br />petition in favor of the improvement. This represents 50%. <br />There are now 38 homes in Riverwood Hills Addition in that <br />light the petition represents 59% of the citizens who have <br />homes there. <br /> <br /> <br />
