2. Request that Residence (Lot) at 7530 - 151st Avenue N.W. Be Designated as a Lot of Record A representative for Mr. Pederson who owns the house on this lot was present. He said in 1974, this lot was a 2-acre lot and the person who sold it split it into two one-acre lots. The city gave a permit for building on the lot. If the building were to burn down, it could not be rebuilt because it is a metes and bounds lot. He said it cam~ot be changed from a metes and bounds because of the high cost. Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt Resolution #80-52 Designating the Following Metes and Bounds Lots Description as a Lot of Record: The East 265 feet of the West 478 feet of the South 165 feet of the North 1540 Feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Subject to road easement over the North 33 feet and the West 33 feet thereof. Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. 3. Proposing Ordinance forRegulating Field Parties in the City of Ramsey Councilman Reimann said he talked to Dave Gustafson before the meeting and Dave had mentioned that if there is a problem, they now have enough tools to work with. City Attorney Goodrich said no matter what is done, the city cannot stop the parties from starting. He said the police do not have any problem breaking the parties up. Councilman Cox said all that is needed is to add a licensing requirement to the ordinance. City Administrator Schnelle said'Chief of pOlice Mike Auspos proposed this. Councilman Cox suggested City Attorney Goodrich and Chief of Police Mike Auspos talk. this matter over and he also suggested maybe having the parties responsible come before the City Council and then they would plan ahead. 4. Resolution Establishing Minimum Bond Requirements Where Construction Not Contracted by the City of P~maey is Performed Within the Right-of-Way of any 'City Street Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt Resolution #80-50 Establishing Minimum Bond Requirements Where Construction, Not Contracted by the City of R~ey, is Performed Within the Right-of-Way on Any City Street.
