2. Request that Residence (Lot) at 7530 - 151st Avenue N.W. Be Designated <br /> <br />as a Lot of Record <br /> <br />A representative for Mr. Pederson who owns the house on this lot was present. <br />He said in 1974, this lot was a 2-acre lot and the person who sold it <br />split it into two one-acre lots. The city gave a permit for building <br />on the lot. If the building were to burn down, it could not be rebuilt <br />because it is a metes and bounds lot. He said it cam~ot be changed from <br />a metes and bounds because of the high cost. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #80-52 Designating the Following Metes and Bounds Lots <br />Description as a Lot of Record: <br /> <br />The East 265 feet of the West 478 feet of the South <br />165 feet of the North 1540 Feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Subject to road <br />easement over the North 33 feet and the West 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />3. Proposing Ordinance forRegulating Field Parties in the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said he talked to Dave Gustafson before the meeting and <br />Dave had mentioned that if there is a problem, they now have enough tools <br />to work with. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich said no matter what is done, the city cannot stop <br />the parties from starting. He said the police do not have any problem <br />breaking the parties up. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said all that is needed is to add a licensing requirement <br />to the ordinance. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said'Chief of pOlice Mike Auspos proposed <br />this. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox suggested City Attorney Goodrich and Chief of Police Mike Auspos <br />talk. this matter over and he also suggested maybe having the parties <br />responsible come before the City Council and then they would plan ahead. <br /> <br />4. Resolution Establishing Minimum Bond Requirements Where Construction Not <br /> <br />Contracted by the City of P~maey is Performed Within the Right-of-Way of any <br />'City Street <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-50 Establishing Minimum Bond Requirements Where Construction, <br />Not Contracted by the City of R~ey, is Performed Within the Right-of-Way <br />on Any City Street. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
