Planning and Zoning recommended <br />Council grant approval of the plat and the various to City <br />Ordinance 170.038, C, 7 of the City Code. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2-d) contains City Engineer's letter dated <br />June 2, 1980, regarding the granting of preliminary plat. <br /> <br />c) Exhibit "B" contains the proposed preliminary plat that <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission approved. <br /> <br />Comments: Meadowbrook was before the Council on March 11, <br />1980 meeting for preliminary plat approval. Council at that <br />time didn't grant it .because the park dedication was not con- <br />sistent with City Park Comprehensive Plan. Since that date <br />Meadowbrook's owner has revised the plat by reducing the land <br />~area. The reason for this extension was to <br />allow the developer to square away the land title <br />problems. <br /> <br /> <br />
