The seeding specifications should be revised to include areas within <br /> the right-of-way and the drainage easements. <br /> <br />As requested in Mr. Crawford's.letter dated November 13, 1977, the <br />developer must obtain an entrance permit from MN/DOT prior to starting <br />construction. <br /> <br />9. A street address map should be submitted as ~er City Code Article <br /> 170.0130 D.-M. <br /> <br />We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $131,000 which includes <br />$20,000 for future signalization of Armstrong Boulevard and T.H. No. 10. The <br />bond or escrow requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $196,500. <br /> <br />We would recon~nend approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The developer enter into a performance contract with the city to complete <br /> the improvements. <br /> <br />2. All of the changes or additions stated in this letter are completed. <br /> <br />3.
