TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Public Works Superintendent <br /> <br />DATE: June 24, 1980 ~ <br /> <br />RE: Tungston Street N.W. <br /> <br />It is my feeling that Tungston Street should be rebuilt to City standards. <br />In the eight years that I have worked here, we have patched and repatched. <br />the patches so many times that there isn't anything left worth patching. <br />The road should be cut down to match the catch basins that were installed <br />last year and that would also take care of the drainage for the entire <br />area.
