JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br /> <br />of ,19 , by and between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey") and the City of Anoka, Minnesota <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Anoka"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka has the capability of providing computer services <br />to Ramsey for its biweekly payroll, and expenditure and receipt financial <br /> <br />systems. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parties agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Service for Biweekly Payroll System. <br /> <br />Anoka agrees to furnish computer services to Ramsey for the <br />biweekly payroll system on the following terms: <br /> <br /> A. Schedule: Ramsey shall furnish Anoka with all <br /> necessary information which will enable Anoka to per- <br /> <br /> .... form its obligations pursuant to this agreement. Anoka <br /> shall have all reports computed and available for pick <br /> up by Ramsey within two work days after the payroll <br /> detail and changes have been delivered to Anoka. <br /> Delivery of data to Anoka ~hall be on Monday following <br /> the end of a pay period. <br /> <br /> B. Systems and Reports: Anoka shall furnish Ramsey the <br /> systems generated reports listed~below. <br /> <br /> Time card.Edit <br /> Payroll Check Writing <br /> Time Card Labels <br /> Payroll Check Register <br /> Fringe Benefit Report <br /> PERA Reports <br /> FICA Reports <br /> End of Year Tax Check <br /> End of Year Employee Record List <br /> W-2 Forms <br /> Such other systems and reports <br /> as determined by the parties from <br /> time to time. <br /> <br /> C. Supplies: The cost of all tab cards and stock paper <br /> required to perform the services outlined in this agree- <br /> ment are included in Section 1.D. <br /> <br /> D. Cost of Service: Ramsey shall pay such amount as <br /> determined by the parties from time to time. Fees <br /> <br /> <br />
