Accordingly <br />enclosure (D3-a) contains material regarding a meeting that <br />was held on Tuesday, July 1, 1980. However, if any.Council <br />member has input he would like to submit on this we can surely <br />get it to lat. Ghalb Obdul Rahm. <br /> <br />Council members ought to be taking a real interest in these <br />critical issues as down the pike they are going to be very <br />important to the City of Ramsey. We should try and get our <br />people on these committees. <br /> <br />CASE #2: MINNESOTA COMMUNITIES: PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-b) contains a letter from the Governor and <br />Lt. Governor regarding a meeting to be held July 23, 1980 <br />(at the Anoka Senior High School, 3939 Seventh Avenue, Anoka) <br />Minnesota Communities: Planning For the Future. <br /> <br />I think this will be a very important meeting for our City <br />Council to be involved in as we can lay out many of our <br />problems which are state wide or local but require legislation. <br />A few of these problems are as follows: <br /> <br />a) State Local Aid Formula - This requires legislative action <br /> to clean up this mess whereby the State Local Aid Funds <br /> <br /> <br />
