CASE #5: <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />Comments: Council's action in the past has been to order a <br />finding of fact on these cases and return the findings to <br />you for your action. <br /> <br />DNR REPLY 'REGARDING~OURLETTER DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1980 IN <br /> <br />REGARDS TO CORRELATINGTHEWILD AND SCENIC ORDINANCE WITH <br />THE CRITICAL RIVER AREA ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains Department of Natural Resource <br />(DNR) letter dated June 16, 1980 in response to our letter <br />dated February 21, 1980 (the reason for the long delay in <br />their response was due to changes in their personnel staff- <br />ing). Our letter to DNR was requesting the correlating the <br />Wild and S~enic Ordinance with Critical Rivers Area Ordinance. <br /> <br />No action required by Council at this time. This was only <br />information to you. <br /> <br />CORRECTION OF CULVERT AT 177TH AND TONTO; REGARDING MRS. <br /> <br />NELSON COMPLAINT TO COUNCIL: <br /> <br />This complaint was passed on to the Public Works Superinten- <br />dent about the bad drainage at the above street intersection. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-f) contains his report on the drainage problem. <br />It should be noted that this area is scheduled for street im- <br />provement and the drainage correction will be made then accord- <br />ing to Merle. <br /> <br />Council action - None. <br /> <br /> <br />
