TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Conditional Use Permit .for John Janson <br /> <br />DATE: July 8, 1980 <br /> <br />The Planning Commission at their public hearing of July 7, 1980, <br />recommended approval of Mr. Janson's General Rental Center contingent <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />1) That conditions as stated in Mr. Jansons letter dated <br />July 1980 become a part of his agreement for a conditional <br />use permit. ~ <br /> <br />2) That the easterly driveway be signed "Entrance" and <br />the westerly driveway be signed as "Exit" <br /> <br />3) That no more than six items be permanently displayed <br />in the area encompassed by the driveway and Highway right- <br />of-way. Additional display items may be displayed during <br />hours of operation. <br /> <br />4) That all secumity lighting shall be shielded so as to <br />prevent glare on Highway #10. <br /> <br />5) That shrubbery shall be placed in the front of the <br />office and/or fenced area. <br /> <br />The Commission further stated that they felt the permitted uses for <br />B-1 zoning should be re-examined and possibly expanded. <br /> <br />CRB: sb <br /> <br /> <br />
