'~ <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said the building would have to b~ 110' fr~m the' center <br />line or 50' from the right-of-way and the pumps wonld have to be 10' from the <br />building. <br /> <br />Mr. Moroz said there is a need in their area for a gas station. <br /> <br />C/May 27, 1980 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said the council agreed with him that there is a'need for <br />a gas station there, but he didn't know how Mr. Moroz could make one fit <br />to be in accordance'with the city ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said with a variance, they could possibly go 90' from the center <br />line and 30' from the building. <br /> <br />Pit. Moroz said that would still give him quite a bit of room. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox .suggested they discuss the issue, themselves because the <br />council can't decide on these matters. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said he thought some stipulatioh should be made that the <br />entrance'shown in pink on the map should be eliminated. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended to the owners that they 9o over all the alternatives <br />and come back with thei~ decision to the City Council. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
