Problem: Mr. Peltzer sold parcel 7025 to a Mr. Thomas Boros <br />~Please refer to enclosure (D2-r) the parcel shaded in yellow <br />is Mr. Boros' parcel of land) and Mr. Boros wants a letter <br />from the City stating they (City) would issue a building per- <br />mit on this lot as he has a buyer. I have several problems <br />with tkis case: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />SubdivisiOn of land - Your motion grants parcel 6220 <br />as a buildable lot. However~ due to lack of any land <br />surveys I'm not just too sure what your action was in <br />your motion contained in enclosure (D2-p). <br /> <br />Park Fee - Your action in enclosure (D2-p) is silent <br />on park fee due to City. I asked Mr. Peltzer and <br />he states he was not required to pay a park fee be- <br />cause the original platting was accomplished prior <br />to this requirement in the City Code. However, your <br />ordinance in 1977 did require a park fee when the <br />proposed subdivision was done. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to define the action you <br />took at your meeting on March 14, 1977. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Subdivision of land - Enclosure (D2-r) shows parcel <br />6220 (which is shaded in lavender) is mentioned as <br />as a buildable lot. However, parcel 7025 (.which is <br />shaded in yellow) is not mentioned as a buildable <br />lot. Mr. Peltzer states that your action was to <br />create two buildable lots. <br /> <br />b) Park fee - I need a policy decision on this from the <br /> Comacil. <br /> <br />Mr. Boros wants a letter from the City stating that this parce1 <br />7025 is a buildable lot. I need Council policy decision on <br />the above. <br /> <br /> <br />
