ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />(Enclosure (D2-s) Letter from Deloitte, Haskins & Sells <br /> (D2-t) Information relating to the Landfill <br /> (D2-u) Landfill Inspection Reports <br /> (D2-v) County Attorney's legal opinion <br /> (D2-w) Sample resolution for Joint Powers Agreement re Cable TV <br /> <br />CASE #9: <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT FIRM TO DO 1980 CITY AUDIT: <br /> <br />This was before Council on June 10, 1980 and at that time you <br />requested that the firm submit their estimated cost to do the <br />1980 Audit. AccOrdingly, enclosure (D2-s) is submitted for <br />your review. <br /> <br />Comments: WV comments are the same as they were in the June 10, <br />1980 agenda. I recommend Council engage this firm for their <br />1980 audit. <br /> <br />LANDFILL: <br /> <br />The following is submitted on this subject matter: <br /> <br />a) Council resolution 80-60 in response to Solid Waste Dis- <br />posal Capacity needs in the Metro Area - Enclosure (D2-t) <br />contains the following documents: <br /> <br />1) Mr. Weaver's letter dated July 3, 1980 <br />2) City of Ramsey's letter dated July 2, 1980 to Metro <br /> Council <br />3) City of Ramsey's letter dated july 2, 1980 to Anoka <br /> County <br />4) Council resgtution 80-60 <br /> <br />It might be prudent to send'a letter to our Metro Council <br />representative with Council Resolution 80-60 attached to it. <br /> <br />b) Landfill Inspection Reports - Enclosure (D2-u) contains <br /> the landfill inspection reports for June, 1980. <br /> <br />c) Meeting with Don Otter on June 27, 1980 - City Attorney <br />Goodrich will address Council on this issue.
