As shown on Exhibit A the undeveloped <br />land abutting 177th Avenue N.W. is proposed to be assessed. Also the two parcels <br />with driveways exiting on 177th Avenue lying East of Riverwood Hills Plat I are <br />proposed to be assessed. <br /> <br />Due to the current bond market .situation, it is difficult to project accurately <br />the annual amortized unit costs.
