17) Park Improvement: We should have an update on what is <br />being accomplished on the park improvement bond. <br /> <br /> 18) Acquiring land at City Hall: There has not been anything <br /> come back on this issue to Council. I'm not really too sure <br />o is working on this issue. <br /> <br /> things that Council should be aware of and what is happen- <br /> ing to these projects: <br /> <br />c) Zoning Ordinance: Council should consider reviewing permitted uses <br />in the B-1 and UB District. This is going to develop into a problem <br />situation. <br /> <br />d) State Aid for~SA Road: .Enclosure C-3 contains the Minnesota Highway <br />Department report on our MSA funds up through June 30, 1980. <br /> <br />e) City Public Improvement Bond Issue: Enclosure C-4 contains fiscal <br />background material for bonding in 1980.
