COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br />Addition to case #3 "Meadowbrook Estates regarding Finding <br />of Fact to Base Preliminary Plat Approval": <br /> <br />Enclosmre (D2-cc contains letter dated July 17, 1980, of <br />understanding regarding special assessment signed by Sylvia <br />Carter, Gary Petrucci, Maureen Petrucci, Michael Petrucci, <br />Denise Petrucci and Ronald J. Petrucci. The letter spells <br />out who assumes responsibility of special assessments. <br /> <br />Comment: This solves the problem of the splitting of the <br />special assessments in this case. <br /> <br />ADDITION to Case #8 "Council Board of Review": <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-ee) contains County Board of Equalizations <br />minutes dated July 1, 1980. I have highlighted the portion <br />of these minutes that pertain to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-66 REGARDING PELTZER SUBDIVISION OF LAND: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains Council resolution #80-66 which <br />reflects the action you in regards to D-2 case #8 of Council <br />01d Business of Council agenda dated July 8, 1980. Also, <br />please refer to page #7 of Council minutes dated July 8, <br />1980 which is contained in enclosure (A-7) this agenda. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required on this case as it is <br />just information. Ail parties concerned have received copies <br />of said resolutions. The City Attorney prepared this resolution' <br />inasmuch as it pertains to the subdivision of land. <br /> <br /> <br />
