CONDITIONAL USE° PERMIT AGREEMENT CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA This agreement is entered into' this 9th day of July, 1980, between the City of Ramsey, is hereinafter referred to as "City" and Bonnie Abel hereinafter referred to as "Permittee" to operate on her premises at 5210 - 155th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, a beauty shop as defined in the City Code Chapter 170.014E. The Conditional Use Permit Agreement is granted conditioned and contingent upon the Permittee complying with .the following: 1) The Permittee shall permit no on-street parking of her customers. 2) The Permittee shall construct a turn around in the drive- way for customers leaving the premises. The driveway turn around need not be blacktop, but a material such as Class V or crushed limerock. There shall not be a second driveway constructed to the Permittee's premises to be used as a cus- tomer turn around. 3) The Permittee shall be allowed to install a sign not to exceed two (2) square feet on the Permittee's premises.and to be placed as to the direction of the beauty shop entrance. 4) The conditional use shall be carried on by a member of the family residing in-the dwelling unit with not more than one employee wh6 is not part of the family. 5) The Building Official of-the City shall inspect the beauty shop premises to insure that it meets code prior to commence- ment of operation. 6) The Permittee understands and agrees there shall be a fire extinguisher installed in-the beauty shop work area. ?) The Permittee understands and agrees that the Conditional Use Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and any violation of the conditions contained herein or vio- lation of any other City regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Conditional Use Permit. ~lso this permit shall be reviewed annn~lly by the City Staff for compliance with the conditions contained herein.
