6) Applicant shall shield all security lighting which causes glare on <br />Highway #10. <br /> <br />7) Applicant shall place shrubbery in front of the office and/Or office <br />area as shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />8) Applicant shall complete his building and/or facilities no later than <br />October 30, 1980. <br /> <br />9) Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey, a cashiers check, <br />irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond or suitable security in <br />the amount of 150% percent of the cost of completing all landscaping <br />improvements. Amount to be escrowed is: $300.00. <br /> <br />Applicant acknowledges that failure to complete the landscaping as specified <br />by October 30, 1980, shall result in forfeiture of financial securities <br />provided to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />10) Applicant shall notify the City of Ramsey at least 72 hours in advance <br />of the date applicant is ready for final inspection of his site, and of his <br />request for release of financial guarantees provided the City of Ramsey in <br />Item #9. <br /> <br />11) Applicant understands and agrees that permits shall be required for <br />the following: <br /> <br />a) Advertizing signs <br />b) Revisions to the existing structure. <br /> <br />12) If applicant does not commence operation within six (6) months of <br />the date of this agreement, the City Council approval shall be considered <br />null and void unless an extension of time is granted by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
