CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br /> <br /> CONDITIONAL USE RESTRICTIONS AS <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This Agreement between General Rental Center (Mr. John Janson) and the <br />City of Ramsey entered into this day of , 1980, as per the <br />following: <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval as established by the City of <br />Ramsey, for all commercial and industrial developments, approved by the <br />City of Ramsey, are understood between the applicant and the City of ~ <br />Ramsey, and that the applicant complies with said conditions fully within <br />the time frames established by this agreement. This agreement acknowledges <br />that the applicant has made proper application for the approval granted by <br />this agreement and has met all other conditions established by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission and the City Council concluding formal approval of <br />the applicants application by this agreement. <br /> <br />The property address is 6745 West Highway #10. <br /> <br />Zoning at date of agreement: B-1 Business <br /> <br />Date of Planning andZoning review: July 7, 1980 <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT: <br /> <br />1) Applicant shall comply with all conditions as specified in his letter <br />to the City of Ramsay Planning Commission. Said letter is attached and <br />is hereby incorporated as a part of this agreement as Exhibit #1. <br /> <br />2) Applicant shall comply with all provisions of his site plan in regards <br />to site improvements and business operations. Said site plan is attached <br />and is hereby incorporated as a part of 'this agreement as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3) Applicant shall comply with all structure improvement as noted on his <br />plans which are incorporated as a part of this agreement as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />4) Applicant shall designate and appropriately sign his Easterly driveway <br />as "Entrance" and the Westerly driveway as "Exit". <br /> <br />5) Applicant shall not permanently display more than six (6) rental items <br />in the area encompassed by the driveway and the Highway right-of-way. <br />Additional display items may be placed in this area d~ring hours of <br />operation. <br /> <br /> <br />
