5) That the performance standards are as follows: <br /> <br />a) The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka. <br />Even though the potential of fire exists in some of the equip- <br />ment to be rented, proper maintenance and operation will re- <br />duce this potential considerably. <br />b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. <br />c) Noise pollution will not be applicable. <br />d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br />e) Odors will not be applicable. <br />f) The applicant has agreed to shield such lighting that may <br />create glare on Highway #10. <br />g) Erosion is not applicable. <br />h) Adequate water supplies and sewage disposal facilities <br />exist. <br /> <br />6) That the applicant has agreed to enter into an agreement with the City <br />of Ramsey. Said ~greement is hereby incorpoated as a part of these findings <br />and includes restrictions and terms as specified by the applicant as well as <br />the City of Ramsey Plsa~ning Commission. <br /> <br />?) That the applicant has brought his request to the City Council and they <br />directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with Sections <br />170.016D, 170.016E and 170.016F of the Ramsey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
