Fields <br />Robert C. Burman <br />Albert A. Kordiak <br /> <br />County Auditor Charles R. Lefebvre <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />District #1 <br />District 95 <br /> <br />Mike E. O'Bannon <br />LeRoy H. Johnson <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />Robert M.A~ Johnson, County Attorney; <br />Bruce Goodman, Management Analyst; Tim <br />Yantos, Administrative Assistant; Gayle <br />Leone, County Assessor; Gordon Starkey, <br />Chief Deputy County Assessor; Ed Thurston, <br />Appraiser; A1 Barck, Appraiser; (residents <br />who appeared before the Board of Equalization). <br /> <br />County Attorney, Robert M.A. Johnson, administered the Oath of <br />Office to the Board of Equalization. <br /> <br />Commissioner Burman made motion nominating Albert A. Kordiak as <br />Chairman of the Board of Equalization. Commissioner Fields <br />seconded the motion. There being no further nominations, the <br />nominations were closed. Commissioners Fields and Burman voted <br />"yes." Motion carried. <br /> <br />A representative from Keis Construction Corporation, 4141 Reiland <br />Lane, Shoreview, appeared before the Board requesting a review <br />Of the valuation of their property in Circle Pines - Plat 29977 <br />Parcel 360. <br /> <br />Melvin and Katherine Pearson, 1340 Crooked Lake Blvd., Anoka, <br />appeared before the Board requesting a review oX the valuation <br />of their property in Andover - Plat 67630 Parcel 1100. <br /> <br />Mr. O.E. Rolf, 1315 Rice Street, St. Paul, appreared before the <br />Board requesting a review of the valuation of his property in <br />Coon Rapids - Plat 40909 Parcel 6900. <br /> <br />Mr. Olin Floyd, 179 Morningside Lane, Stacy, appeared before <br />the Board requesting a review of the valuation of his property <br />in Columbus Township - Plat 38709 Parcel 6800. <br /> <br />Mr. Gerhardt Denning, 2526 N. Ferry St., Anoka, appeared before <br />the Board requesting a review of the valuation of his property' <br />in Anoka - Plat 1406 Parcel 60. <br /> <br /> <br />
