Communication <br />on file in the CountY Administration Office. <br /> <br />Mr. David R. Clough, 805 School Street, Elk River, submitted <br />a letter to the Board requesting a review of the valuation <br />of his property in Coon Rapids - Plat 43590 Parcel 2250. <br /> <br />The attending residents were advised to obtain the appropriate <br />forms from the County Assessor's Office relative to a re- <br />assessment of their property and a consideration of revaluation <br />through the Assessor's abatement process. <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Rushfeldt, 3941 Scott Ave. N., Mpls., Minn. <br />55422, made a presentation to the Board requesting that <br />approximately 109 acres of property in East Bethel be reclassified <br />from residential to timber.
