Johnson <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />Robert M.A. Johnson, County Attorney; <br />Bruce ~oodman, Management Analyst; <br />Tim Yantos, Administrative Assistant; <br />Gayle Leone, County Assessor; (residents <br />who appeared before the Board of <br />Equalization). <br /> <br />County Attorney, Robert M.A. Johnson, administered the Oath <br />of Office to the Board of Equalization. <br /> <br />Mr. James Space, 16094 Eagle Creek, Prior Lake, Minn. <br />55372, appeared before the Board requesting a review of the <br />valuation of his property in Oak Grove Township - Plat 86416 <br />Parcel 6000,. Plat 86421 Parcel 3000, Plat 86417 Parcel 7800, <br />.Plat 86417 Parcel 8400, and Plat 86417 Parcel 9000. <br /> <br />Ms. Helen Kocur, 1213 - 42nd Avenue N.E., Columbia Heights, <br />submitted a letter to the Board requesting a review of the <br />valuation of her property in Columbia Heights - Plat 34416 <br />Parcel 3890. <br /> <br />The attending resident was advised to obtain the appropriate <br />forms from the County Assessor's Office relative to a re- <br />assessment of his property and a consideration of revaluation <br />through the Assessor's abatement process. <br /> <br />The County Board of Equalization was recessed at 1:25 P.M. <br />until the 14th day of July, 1980, at 11:30 A.M. <br /> <br />Chairman Kordiak reconvened the Board of Equalization meeting <br />at 11:17 A.M. on July 14, 1980. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />District #1 <br />District #2 <br />District #3 <br />District #4 <br />District #5 <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />Mike E.
