Johnson, administered the Oath of' <br />Office to Commissioner LeRoy H. Johnson. <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Rushfeldt, 3941 Scott Ave. N., Mpls., Minn. <br />55422, made a presentation to the Board requesting that <br />approximately 109 acres of property in East Bethel be reclassified <br />from residential to timber - Plat 7113 Parcel 1800, Plat <br />7114 Parcel 7200 and Plat 7113 Parcel 7800. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kordiak made motion accepting Resolution #80-1 <br />from the City of Ramsey and referred it to the Assessor's <br />office. Further, he urged each property owner to go to the <br />County Assessor for revaluation and finally the County <br />Administration Office was directed to prepare a legislative <br />position relative to the taxation of commercial and industrial <br />property as a result of Ramsey City Resolution #80-1. <br />Commissioner Fields seconded the motion.
