Lund agrees to let the City of Ramsey finish instal- <br />ling the black dirt, grading the boulevards and seeding said boulevards per his agree- <br />ment with the City when Oakridge Estates'was platted. He had until July 15, 1980 to <br />finish this work. After the 15th of July Mr. Lund authorizes the.City of Ramsey to <br />complete this work and receive payment from First National Bank in Anoka as per his <br />letter of credit. ~ <br />The present owners of Oakridge Estates (Joseph R. Sentyrz and Lee A.
