Mayor Gamec said that question will be considered at the Assessment Hearing. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mike Nasby, 8330 - 153rd Ave. N.W. <br /> <br /> Mr. Nasby asked if Lot 10 on 151st Lane N.W. and his lot were going to be <br /> assessed twice. <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec said that question will be considered at the Assessment Hearing <br /> and he could come in then and object at that time. <br /> <br /> Mr. Nasby asked what happens if the council decides to assess him. <br /> Mayor Gamec said he could appeal it in court. <br /> <br />/Mayor Gamec read one letter against a project from Mr. Ed Mingo, 15231 Kangaroo St. N.} <br /> and one letter in favor of the project from B. Gefre, 15051 Iguana St. N.W. <br /> <br /> A vote was taken of the residents present from this particular petitioned <br /> area of Whispering Pines Plat II. 17 residents voted. 13 voted for and <br /> 4 voted against the pmoject. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman REimann to close the <br /> public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br /> Mickelson and Cox.
