Accordingly, I visited the above address on July 9, 1980, to verify the complaints received at the Council meeting from citizens in the general area of your residence. It was noted that you do have an accessory building for which the City has no record of issuing a per,Lit for you to construct. Accordingly, the building inspector would like for you to come in immediately or call him immediately in regards to this matter. His phone number is 427-1410. Further, it was noted that your residence creates a blight on the rest of the neighborhood due to the accumulation of things wh±ch is a serious zoning violation. The City of Ramsey is hereby giving you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to abate the above violations. Failure to comply with the above time frame will result in the City taking immediate legal action to abate the violations. ~he City will inspect your residence for compliance on July 30, 1980. It should be noted that policing City Code violations is very costly to the citizens of the City of Ramsey. It, therefore, is requested that you take care o£ the above matter immediately in order that we don't have any further expenditure of public f~Lnds on this matter. I have enclosed copies of the City Code that you are in violation of in the City of Ramsey for your information.
