D. H., Inc. $42,087.50 <br />Bituminous Consulting and Contracting Co., Inc. $51,642.00 <br /> <br />The engineer's estimated construction cost for the project was $44,520. The <br />total low bid received is approximately 5% below the engineer's estimate. <br /> <br />The low bidder, N.D.H., Inc. is a local contractor and has satisfactorily completed <br />several projects for the city.
