NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing in the council chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Now%hen Boulevard N.W., Anoka, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m., on August 26, 1980. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the partial vacation of 150th Lane N.W. The specific parts of 150th Lane N.W., proposed to be vacated are legally described as follows: That part of 150th Lane N.W. as dedicated in the plat of GREENLAND HILLS on file and of record in the office of the' County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies Northerly of and contiguous with a line drawn parallel with and distant 33.00 feet Northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 6 of said GREENLAND HILLS; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees, 44 minutes, 31 seconds West along the East line of said 150th Lane N.W. a distance of 67.24 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 89 degrees, 15 minutes, 29 seconds West a distance of 28.59 feet; thence Northwesterly a distance of 75.11 feet along a tangential curve concave to the Northeast said curve having a radius ~of 101.69 feet and a central angle of 42 degrees, 19 minutes, 01 seconds to a point on the centerline of said 150th Lane N.W.; thence North 48 degrees, 25 minutes, 30 seconds West, along said centerline a distance of 5.00 feet and said line there terminating. AND That part of 150th Lane N.W. as dedicated in the plat of GREENLAND HILLS on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies Southerly of and contiguous with a line drawn parallel with and distant 33.00 feet Southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 6 of said GREENLAND HILLS; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees, 44 minutes, 31 seconds West along the East line of said 150th Lane N.W. a distance of 67.24 feet'to the p~int of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 89 degrees, 15 minutes, 29 seconds West a distance of 28.59 feet; thence Northwesterly a distance of 75.11 feet along a tangential curve concave to the Northeast said curve having a radius of 101.69 feet and a central angle of 42 degrees, 19 minutes, 01 Seconds to a point on the center- line of said 150th Lane N.W.; thence North 48 degrees, 25 minutes, 30 seconds West, along said centerline a distance of 5.00 feet and said line there terminating.
