At that Council meeting Council adopted Reso- <br />lution #80-74 which is contained here as enclosure (D2-aa). <br /> <br />Accordingly, Mr. Weaver, Chairman of the Metro Council, will <br />be present to discuss the subject matter (proposed guidelines) <br />with the Ramsey Council. We have also invited lit. Roger <br />Scherer, our Metro Council Representative and State Represen- <br />tative John Clawson to this meeting. <br /> <br />I have also asked the City Attorney to do some research on <br />this issue.
