At that Council meeting Council adopted Reso- lution #80-74 which is contained here as enclosure (D2-aa). Accordingly, Mr. Weaver, Chairman of the Metro Council, will be present to discuss the subject matter (proposed guidelines) with the Ramsey Council. We have also invited lit. Roger Scherer, our Metro Council Representative and State Represen- tative John Clawson to this meeting. I have also asked the City Attorney to do some research on this issue.
