Please refer to enclosure <br />(D2a-b) for Metro Council letter dated August 14, 1980. <br /> <br />Admimistrator's Comments: It is recommended that Council <br />review the following listed documents: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-d) of Council agenda dated July 22, 1980. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2aa) this agenda Resolution #80-74. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2a-b) Metro Council letter dated August 14, <br />1980. We will be meeting with them on August 26, 1980 <br />and August 28, 1980. As I stated above the Metro Council <br />must be having problems with these proposed guidelines. <br /> <br />This is one issue you cannot pass on and hope it will go away. <br />We should go over the proposed Metro Guidelines point by point <br />with M~. Weaver so that he can fully understand what a paper <br />monster is being created at the Metro Council level by the <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />We should also go over with him about the Critical Areas <br />Study and Wild and Scenic River. <br /> <br />C~$E iA: <br /> <br />LEE'$ LANDSCAPING REGARDING EXTENSION OF T~E TO COMPLETE <br /> <br />NECESSARY WORK TO SATISFY SITE AND DESIGN PLAN AGREK~IENT: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) contains the following docUmentation on this <br />case: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />City of Ramsey's letter dated July 7, 1980 to Mr. Crawley <br />stating that he has not completely satisfied the agree- <br />ment he has with the City in regards to the development <br />contract. <br /> <br />b) Lee Crawley's letter dated July 18, 1980 in response to <br /> our letter above. <br /> <br />A~ninistrator's Comments: Inasmuch as the agreement between <br />Lee's Landscaping and Nursery and the City did not set a com- <br />pletion date but did assign a bond. requirement until completed <br />in accordance with said agreement, Council may want to establish <br />a firm date which would be agreeable to both parties at this <br />time to satisfy this agreement within a reasonable time frame. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action maybe as follows: <br /> <br />1) Acknowledge receipt of Lee's letter dated July 18, 1980 <br /> which is contained in the above enclosure, or <br /> <br /> <br />
