August 26, 2980, to explain why a quasi appointed form of government should <br />be allowed to control an elected governing body.~ <br /> <br /> 3) It further directs that a copy of this resolution be sent <br />to the following officials: <br /> <br />a) Metro Council Chairman <br />b) Ramsey's Me%to Council Representa%ive <br />c) Governor Quie <br />d) Mr. John Clawson, State House of Representatives <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of July, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
