D) Industrial Park Street Pavin~. <br /> <br />C~ty Engineer Raatikka said City Attorney Goodrich sent a letter out on this <br />about a week ago. <br /> <br />Councilman Sorteberg questioned whether the city should require them to go ahead <br />and blacktop or wait until the sewer comes in. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested getting a two-year letter of credit for escrow amount <br />for the blacktopping because of the' sewer time schedule. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-74aa deferring blacktopping of streets in Gateway North <br />Industrial Plat because of the sewer time schedule. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. Please refer to mesolUtion' file for~ Resolution' #80-74aa. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt Resolution <br />#80-74a approving plans and specifications for'blacktopping of 153rd Avenue <br />fmom Highway 47 to Highway 5 and ordering advertisements for bid and said <br />bid opening date to be as of August 25, 1980 at 11:00 A.M. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. Please refer to mesolution'file for Resolution #80-74a. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that he was driving around and observed that there was very <br />little erosion after the rains the last two nights, which were 3-3/4" on <br />the gauge. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn the <br />special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
