a) All improvements shown on the construction plans for <br />said plats entitled "Construction Plans for Alpaca Estates" <br />consisting of nine (9) sheets prepared by Larry L. Winner, <br />dated April 21 and May 21, 1980. <br /> <br />b) All drainage grading as required by the City Engineer <br />· and the City Code. <br /> <br /> c) And all other City Code improvement requirements. <br /> <br /> 2) The improvements described in paragraph l) above shall be <br />completed as follows: <br /> <br /> a) All drainage grading shall be completed prior to <br /> November l, 1981. <br /> <br /> bf) The construction and blacktopping of the following <br /> streets shall be known as Phase I of the project and shall <br /> be completed on or before November l,' 1981 as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Riverdale Road in Alpaca Estates <br />lying East of the West boundary line of Lot 5 <br />Block 2 and Lot 5 Block 5 Alpaca Estates. <br /> <br />All of Alpaca Street-N.W. lying v~thin both <br />Alpaca Estates and Alpaca Estates Second Addi- <br />tion. <br /> <br />-- All of 142nd Avenue N.W. lying within Alpaca <br /> Estates Second Addition. <br /> <br />c) The construction and blacktopping of the following streets <br />shall be known as Phase II of the project. The.construction <br />of the streets in Phase II shall be completed on or before <br />November l, 1980.. The blacktopping of the streets in Phase <br />II shall be completed on or before November l, 1982. The <br />streets in Phase II are as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Riverdale Road N.W. in Alpaca Estates <br />lying West of the West boundary lines of Lot 5 <br />Block 2 and Lot 5 Block 5 Alpaca Estates. <br /> <br />-- Armstrong Blvd. N[W. lying with the plat of Alpaca <br /> Estates. <br /> <br />That all of the said improvements shall bein accordance with the time table <br />and plans and specifications therefor to be approved or prepared by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
