This is submitted to you for your review but probably <br />should not be acted upon until the City Budget for 1981 comes <br />to the City Council for action. <br /> <br />The Council Budget Committee will be reviewing this shortly <br />along with the City Budget. <br /> <br />Council Action: None at this time (as it's just informational) <br />until you receive the Bity Budget. <br /> <br />DUNCAN JOHNSON REGARDING OUTLOT "A" CAROL ROSE ACRES: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-b) contains the following documents in regards <br />to this issue: <br /> <br />a) Excerpt of Planning and Zoning minutes dated December 3, 1979 <br /> <br />b) Map showing Carol Rose Acres and Outlot "A" <br /> <br />Problem - Mr. Johnson wants to construct a house on Outlot "A" <br />in CarOl Rose Acres. <br /> <br />The Building Inspector states it is unbuildable. Consequently, <br />Mr. Johnson wants to discuss this with Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
